Frequently asked questions
How do I check my text?
Type or paste your text into the editor and tap the check button. The app shows the corrected version, which you can copy or share.
Can I check text in a photo?
Yes. Tap the camera button to take a photo or choose one from your library. The photo is uploaded so the text in it can be read and corrected. See the Privacy Policy for how photos are handled and how to ask for deletion.
Are the corrections always right?
Corrections are generated automatically and can occasionally be wrong or miss an error. Please read the result before using it for anything important.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple, not inside the app. To cancel:
- Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.
- Tap your name at the top, then tap Subscriptions.
- Tap Grammar Check and choose Cancel Subscription.
Cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period to avoid being charged for the next one. You keep access until the period ends.
How do I restore my purchase on a new device?
Sign in to the same Apple ID you used to subscribe, open Grammar Check and tap Restore Purchases. Your access will be restored automatically.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID and choose the purchase you would like to report.
